Our Promise to You
Michigan Specialty Paper, LLC offers a limited warranty on its products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Michigan Specialty Paper’s shall, at its discretion in the event of such defect(s) provide: a.) compatible replacement product, b.) merchandise credit or c.) cash refund.** In no event shall Michigan Specialty Paper, LLC, it’s supplier(s) or manufacturer(s) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of its products.
Customer’s obligations under this limited warranty are:
• In the event a product(s) is thought to be defective customer must contact Michigan Specialty Paper by telephone or email to obtain a return authorization number issued as a condition of this limited warranty. No returns will be accepted unless a return authorization (RA) has been issued by Michigan Specialty Paper. Contact information for Michigan Specialty Paper can be found on the “Contact Us” page of this web site.
• Paper products will not be accepted for return if customer(s) has first contacted Michigan Specialty Paper, LLC so we might assist in obtaining desired results.
• Customer warrants they have executed the instructions provided with the product(s) or available at our web site, governing the suggested use of purchased product(s).
• Customer is solely responsible for selecting heat transfer products best suited to their needs. Michigan Specialty Paper makes no claims or warranties as to the suitability of our heat transfer products for any specific equipment or process. Customer must always determine the suitability of our products for use in combination with their equipment and processes. Output quality is dependent upon the user’s hardware and knowledge of the heat transfer process. Some products sold require advanced skills. Experimentation with specific equipment may be necessary. Following application instructions is critical to achieving best results. Please refer to our online instructions and videos to assist you with any questions or difficulties.
• Customer assumes all risk for use of any product purchased from Michigan Specialty Paper.
We encourage our customers to contact us immediately if product usage difficulties arise. We will make all efforts to assist you in resolving problems. Michigan Specialty Paper is dedicated to providing the best products and service possible.
* Please Note the warranty information for equipment (heat presses, etc.) can be found in Equipment Warranty listed on our site.
** Michigan Specialty Paper shall be the sole determiner of product failure. In all cases product(s) must be returned to Michigan Specialty Paper for examination and/or testing before a replacement, refund or merchandise credit as stated above can be issued. In no case will a replacement, refund or merchandise credit be issued which includes cost of shipping product.
